We work closely with local growers and collectives to steamline logistics, giving florists access to a broader, more dynamic selection of seasonal flowers.

Ordering & Delivery

Bloom Dash operates exclusively as a delivery partner.  Flowers are ordered directly through your preferred farms, collectives, wholesalers.  Once your order is confirmed, we coordinate pickup and delivery to your location.

How It Works

1. Place your order with your chosen grower or collective

2. Request delivery through Bloom Dash

3. We handle pickup, routing, and transport.

Scheduling

• Delivery requests should be placed 24-48 hours in advance

• Delivery requests are scheduled based on route availability

• Advance booking is recommended to secure your preferred delivery window.

Coordination

Bloom Dash serves as the bridge beteween farm and florist, ensuring flowers are tranported efficiently and handled with care every step of the way.

Wholesale Delivery Pricing & Routes​

Delivery fees are based on distance, route logistics, and handling.

​

Handling Fee

A handling fee of 15% is applied to all wholesale orders.

This covers:

• Flower sourcing and coordination

• Processing and quality control

• Packing and logistics

Orders Below Minimum

Orders that do not meet route minimums may still be delivered through Bloom Dash Express (private courier service).

Private courier pricing is based on time and distance and will be quoted per delivery. A 20% handling fee will be applied to the order.

Typical pricing ranges based on distance:​

• Ridgway / Ouray → $95

• Telluride → $105

• Gunnison → $120

• Crested Butte → $140

• Carbondale / Basalt / Aspen → $150

Final pricing will vary based on order size, timing, and route conditions.

Delivery Notes

• Schedule delivery 24-48 hours in advance. 

• Estimated delivery windows will be communicated ahead of time.

• Please ensure someone is available to receive your order.

• Mountain deliveries are weather dependent.  Bloom Dash will communicate any delays or changes as early as possible.
