Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for choosing Gypsy Chicks and Blooms for your dahlia tuber purchases! Please carefully read our shipping policy below to ensure a smooth transaction and delivery experience.
**Shipping Expenses:**
All shipping expenses must be covered by the buyer and paid in full prior to the shipment being dispatched.
**Liability Disclaimer:**
Gypsy Chicks and Blooms will not be held responsible for any issues related to shipment, including but not limited to loss, damage, delays, or items being frozen. It is the buyer's responsibility to address any concerns regarding these matters directly with the shipping provider.
**Tracking Information:**
Tracking details will be provided to customers who supply an email address at the time of purchase.
**Delivery Dates:**
We will begin fall shipping of pot tubers Oct 28th 2025. We urge buyers to exercise extra caution regarding delivery dates, particularly in colder regions. To help protect your tubers from freezing temperatures, we recommend purchasing a heat pack at checkout if your local temperatures are 55 degrees or below.
**Local Pickup:**
Local pick-up is available in Montrose, Colorado, on Saturday, October 25th, and Saturday, November 1st, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Please note that any unclaimed tubers will be forfeited and returned to stock after these dates.
**Shipping Limitations:**
We only ship to the Continental United States.

Return & Exchange Policy
**All Sales Are Final:**
All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for any purchases made.

**Tuber & Plant Inspection:**
Please immediately inspect tubers and plants upon arrival. Any discrepancies or concerns should be communicated to us within a 48 hour window. Beyond this period, we will not accept liability for any damage or decay. It is important to unpack your shipment promptly to preserve the tubers and or plants quality.

**Replacement Policy:**
If the variety of dahlia tuber you receive is not as ordered after blooming, we will provide you with a replacement tuber the following season.
**Extenuating Circumstances:**
